Merging The Period Designs With Modern Outlook by Jamie Bush Designs

Jamie Bush Designs at Merging The Period Designs With Modern Outlook the best home decorator of both worlds is not a philosophy that sits well with everyone and quite honestly, is not something that many designers can pull off when it comes to home decorator interiors.

Though, Jamie Bush of California falls in the rare category of designers who mix and match the period style with contemporary textures to create unique, unexpected and inviting interiors. In her designs, Jamie blends the daring shapes of the 70’s and the 80’s along with the more sleek and sober shades of minimalist present.

And the result is a whole ‘new world’ around you. Bright yellows with simple grays, bold blues with bamboo furniture collection and startling reds with elegant straight lines are just a few of what is on offer in here.- via

The trend in designing home equity rates these days seems to be excessive usage of glass, which brings in a whole new dimension to the surrounding space. But defying the convention of contemporary design, the Warringah House looks as modern as any other lavish present-day home equity rates by just using loads of timber and sandstone with elegant ease.

In what is a visually grand sight, the home equity rates sports skylights for natural ventilation, a stunning patio with swimming pool and spacious interiors that look simply seductive. Ergonomic design along with appropriate art work here and there only seems to enhance the grandeur of the structural materials. Charming and soothing, Warringah House is a treat to the senses. - via

Carola Vannini - Italia

Loft X - Roma
An old Roman apartment, previously organised around a dark corridor, has been completely transformed into a large and light space, which generates wide and interesting perspectives by emphasizing the structural materials of the existing column. The red color is used to connect the different functional areas and to give a strong character to the day area.

The gaze flows without interruption, following the red beams and columns, while defining the entire loft. The kitchen follows the same concept; it incorporates the existing structural materials and creates a strong combination between architecture and furniture design. The master total bedroom has been separated from the day area through a “double skin” partition that contains the closets.

The apartment has two bathrooms: the guest premier baths to bathroom and the grey bathroom. The guest bathroom uses the irregular shape and structural materials of the building to create a modern and industrial flair. The master premier baths to bathroom suggests a more intimate and private feeling through the use of cosy shapes and colors. The choice of materials creates a contrast between warm colors and textures and an industrial look. The result is a minimal but warm space that doesn't allow useless home decorator.

Metrogramma Superspazio From Milan, Italy

Metrogramma Superspazio From Milan, Italy. October 17th, 2008. Metrogamma Superspazio private house Milan Italy 7. This 200sqm Milan Superspazio was made in 2007 by Metrogramma architects.

It’s a living room as big as a house or a home equity rates as welcoming as a living room. Downstairs is the actual living room area. Surprisingly, but in a very own vision quite logic, the kitchen faucets is upstairs. It’s an open Kitchen, with a kind of balcony, all around the living room, for an open perspective and open communication with the inferior level.

It’s all white, with clean cuts and clear lines. Open spaces for open minds. This Metrogramma Superspazio is very much like an art gallery. The objects are easy to view because of the contrast. I don’t see how this Superspazio could suit a family, but I surely see it as a perfect home equity rates for a socialite.

One-Two Townhouse, Houston Texas

300+ Pages on Fine Neighborhoods & MLS; Houston Townhouses The One-Two Townhouse from Houston Texas is made for developer Carol Isaak Barden by architect Francois De Menil. ...

The One-Two Townhouse from Houston Texas is made for developer Carol Isaak Barden by architect Francois De Menil. The project was metaphorically imagined like two dancers in step, each dancer holding its partner but still looking beyond one another.

The buildings were so built that they’re quite distinct even if they share a common plaza. One of the units has winding staircase and two total bedroom. The other unit has three bedrooms, more views and a deck off the master bedroom. The building site slopes down, being in a flood zone so it had to be raised up above the flood level.

The two 2,500 square-foot units have been made using lpe for floors and the exterior decks, mahogany for cabinets, stucco, they both have fireplaces. And both sold to two different buyers, less than a year a part. Even if the outside (and interior) look so prefabricated, and the contrast between the wooden floors and the white walls is so rough, there’s something about these One-Two Townhouse units that makes everything so elegant and clean.
