Olivier Renaud-Clément’s Long Island White Castle

Olivier Renaud-Clément’s Long Island White Castle. October 2nd, 2008. Olivier Renaud Clement Long Island NY White Castle loft. Let’s say you have a 1500 ...Let’s say you have a 1,500 square-foot loft! How would you choose to home decorator it and what limitation would you use to mark its specific functions?

Olivier Renaud-Clément is a private art dealer. He’s the fortunate owner of a Long Island City loft. And he made it all white. From top to bottom, from one wall… ahem… glass panel to another wall.. ahem… curtain. Yes, you got that right! He’s got no walls, he only has glass panels and curtains. And everything’s white. Eye hurting pure white.

Olivier Renaud-Clément’s place was renovated with the help Steve Blatz (a NY architect) and so the tiny kitchen faucets got relocated at the opposite end of the loft, the total bedroom was opened up, the main premier baths to bathroom received only a sheer curtain (and the usual pane of glass). As for furniture collection, it seems Italy has won this loft with creations by Cini Boeri, Mario Bellini, Angelo Mangiarotti, spare parts only, splashes of color in a white moment in time. (via)

Fennell Floating House

With the icebergs melting and the oceans water levels increasing I'd sure be interested in living in a floating house. Architect Robert Harvey Oshatz has done his best to design this modern Fennell House.

Completed in 2004 the spectacular wooden home decorator features a facade that resembles with the shapes and curves of a river and even though it looks perfect to spend a sunset with your loved-one, you’ll have to agree it has a big party potential.

How about some margaritas and some good music with a bunch of friends?Inside there’s a big living room with a bar while in the back, there’s the oft-level master bedroom. Simple and beautiful at the same time, don’t you think?

Beach House in Malibu, California

Search over 3100 homes for sale in Malibu, California..For some reason I've always dreamed of having a beach home decorator, unfortunately, in my country it may not be suited. But take Malibu, California, for an example, and you’ll know what I mean. With one of the finest weather and some of the best beaches on Earth, this must be the perfect place to build a beach house - or buy one that’s already been there for many years.

But enough with the introduction because we have something to show you. Here’s a 1976 beach house along Malibu’s Pacific Coast Highway, that has been remodeled by Shubin + Donaldson Architects and turned into a 2,900-square-foot beach-side modern house with beautiful glass sliding doors and windows that open towards the ocean to offer stunning sea-views.
The layout is pretty simple with a living room, dining room, den area, terrace with beach access, powder room at the first floor, while at the upper floor there’s a home office, a guest room and bath, the powder room, a media room, and a master suite with bathroom/walk-in closet, closet office and an outdoor sleeping porch.

Beautiful photographs taken by Swedish talent Anna Kern

Let’s look at some beautiful photographs taken by Swedish talent Anna Kern. I love how she captures light and makes you feel like you’re in the space enjoying these cozy rooms. To view more of her work please visit her online portfolio. When I look at these rooms I am reminded that Sweden is truly the bomb diggity.

Gorgeous women, amazing fashion sense, an excellent cafe culture, gorgeous cities, amazing coastline, beautiful accents, great design mags, friendly and supportive people, an off the hook health care system and the longest maternity leave ever… Heck, with the exception of their long, dark winters Sweden is near perfect.

15 Amazing Home Decorating Ideas and Modern Pictures

For the last few weeks I have been holding 15 amazing home decorator ideas that have wonderful pictures geared for modern design themes. I have not been real sure how to put them into an article until today.

My idea is to share the images so that you can get ideas about bush furniture, accessories, colors, and decorative touches that may work in your living room, dining room, home decorator and office, or bedroom.

For me, visuals offer many new ideas as well as affirmation of my own home decorator beliefs. That is why it is so great following other blogs to see what my peers are writing about. These pictures come from Cappellini Furniture whose catalog impressed me so much by the wonderful room pictures and backdrops for their products. I hope that you enjoy these home decorating ideas as much as I do and find a new product that may be what your home decorator is missing.

Atticus Renovation By Studio Damilano home decorator

This post is all about the renovation of an old attic space in a property built in 1910 in Northern Italy. The company responsible for the amazing metamorphosis are Studio Damilano.
The end result of the renovation is a spacious apartment and living space that would be ideal for a young professional couple or really anyone that has a bit of a thing for home decorator, serene spaces.

The apartment is about 240sqm large and the architects and designers have worked hard at getting the most from what some would say is an awkward space.

Loft and attic conversions are infamous for the fact that although you get a new room in the home decorator the actual living space can be difficult to maneuver furniture into.

This is because of the difficult alcoves and niches often found in lofts and also because commonly the ceiling slants in various angles around the room.

They have created an attic apartment space that embraces the oddness of the shape of the walls and incorporates them into the design and functionality of the property. The Atticus apartment comprises of two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and two beautiful bathrooms at home decorator com.

Damilano knew exactly what they wanted to create and they explain the division of the living space below.“The sleeping area is designed as an independent unit. The bed and bath, separated by a glass wall, creating two areas to relax.”
